Farmers market price signs you can print at home
A readable price sign saves you answering "how much?" all morning. Here is how to make one that matches the rest of your stand, and change it when prices move.

Write prices the way shoppers read them
Each row is an item and a price, separated by a bar. The price can be any short text up to 14 characters, so units and bundles fit:
Heirloom tomatoes | $4 / lb Honey, 12 oz | $9 Sourdough loaf | $8 Cut flowers | 3 for $20
Keep item names under 32 characters. Up to eight rows fit on one sign. If you sell more than that, split into two themed lists, for example "Produce" and "Pantry", and print each.
Change prices mid-season
Prices change with the harvest. Save your project file, open it next week, edit one line, and print again. The welcome, scan-to-pay and thank-you signs stay exactly as they were.
Make it survive a windy morning
- Print on cardstock, or slip a Letter sheet into a clear sheet protector or an 8.5 × 11 frame.
- A 5 × 7 size fits small table easels and baskets.
- Dark text on a light panel stays readable in full sun. The collections keep prices on a light panel even with a photo background.

Good to know

Can I show a price per pound?
Yes. The price field is free text up to 14 characters, so "$4 / lb", "2 for $5" or "$3 each" all work.
How many items fit?
Up to eight rows per price sign. Make a second project for a second list.
Is it really $9.99 once?
Yes. You pay once for lifetime use of the version you download, for one business. No subscription, no account, no activation check. Future updates and hosting are not included.
Do my prices and logo get uploaded?
Not with the download. The downloaded editor runs from a file on your computer and works with the internet off. Your names, prices, logos and QR links stay on your machine. The free browser trial also processes everything in the page, with no data collection endpoint.
How do I print?
Export PNG (150 pixels per inch) or SVG, or use Print all signs / save PDF. Choose US Letter, A4 or 5 × 7. Print at home, or take the PDF to FedEx Office, The UPS Store or a local print shop. Printing costs extra.
